PMP, Senior Project Manager
Ali Salour is a Senior Project Manager for Stonemark Construction Management. A versatile executive leader and team builder, Ali has more than 20 years of experience in program and project management orchestrating teams of architects, engineers and consultants to deliver multimillion dollar construction solutions for international blue-chip clients. Ali’s excellent strategic planning, business development and analytical skills have been pivotal in the on-time, on-budget delivery of high-profile projects to scope and complete client satisfaction.
Ali joined Stonemark from Leland Saylor Associates in Los Angeles where he was a Regional Director responsible for transit, education and civic projects for LAWA, LACCD and Disney. Prior to that, he was a Director with Turner & Townsend, a leading global construction consulting firm. At Turner & Townsend, Ali managed large-scale projects in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver before transferring to Southern California to open the company’s Los Angeles office.
Ali’s commercial projects include a $500 million portfolio of PMO and capital improvement projects for Chevron Business and Real Estate Services and a $300 million Bio Tech facility featuring ground-up construction of two mid-rise buildings connected by a five-story atrium and parking structure. He has extensive experience managing multi-facility healthcare projects including the $200 million Centre for Excellence for Integrated Senior Services (CEISS) for St. Joseph’s Care Group.
A highly trained construction professional, Ali holds a B.Eng. in Structural Engineering from Tehran Azad University and a Masters in Project Management from Schulich Business School at York University in Toronto. He is PMP-certified, an ISO Quality Management Internal Auditor and a member of CMAA, AACE, ACEC and RICS professional organizations. Ali resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
