Hollywood Construction Management

Residential and commercial construction management in West Hollywood

As an objective, experienced residential Owner’s Representative in Hollywood and West Hollywood, Stonemark has earned the respect of discerning celebrity clients as well as top architects, builders, attorneys and business managers by ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. Over the last 15 years, our portfolio has included high-value residential homes & estates throughout the affluent and exclusive enclaves of West Hollywood ,near by Beverly Hills, and neighborhoods in Los Angeles such as Hollywood, Bel Air and Holmby Hills. Our most notable projects include renovations to perhaps the most famous residential hi-rise in Hollywood with Harrison Design Associates and commercial tenant improvements for Smuggler Entertainment with ShubinDonaldson. Celebrated designers on our residential projects include Michael S. Smith and March & White.

While Hollywood is not a city but a neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles, West Hollywood has its own City Government and corresponding departments. Knowing how to navigate through the Planning and Development Services Department, Building and Safety Division and Department of Public Works is essential to receive timely jurisdictional approvals here. Stonemark’s process of residential and commercial construction management in West Hollywood starts with managing this jurisdictional process, and then leads owners through the challenges of design and construction while protecting their best interests first and foremost. We believe in controlling the cost, schedule and quality of fine architecture without sacrifice to the original vision of each project. Our professional services, communications and management expertise result in a positive construction experience and substantial client savings.
Our Work

I worked with Stonemark Construction Management on a commercial remodel project of a very large industrial building. Stonemark monitored the technical quality and financial issues of the general contractor's work, along with the difficult job of pushing the schedule and questioning change orders. With Stonemark onboard, the project went much more smoothly and I appreciated the liability benefits and protections.
