Larissa Hinshaw
Contract Manager
Larissa Hinshaw is Contract Manager for Stonemark Construction Management. Her responsibilities include contract issuance, insurance compliance and document control for all Stonemark projects. Larissa guides each step of the construction process, overseeing bidding and analysis and identifying and evaluating potential risk exposures, while maintaining a broad overview of vendor performance to assure a successful project from concept to close-out.
Risk management is integral to project management
Before joining Stonemark in 2002, Larissa held contract administration positions at JM Consulting Group and JM Development, where she managed contracts and invoicing on a variety of design-build and construction projects. A graduate of the University of San Francisco, Larissa has a B.S.B.A. in International Business with a minor in Economics.
Our home was a true collaboration by an extraordinary team. Stonemark’s dedicated oversight ensured that the budget and all changes to the work were kept on track. Their management of all the players and the program enabled us to fully enjoy the entire process. It is everything we wanted, and even more than we dreamed it could be.
