Prior to joining Stonemark’s management team, Matt was Vice-President of Construction for PacTen Partners, a real estate development firm in Los Angeles. During his 15-year tenure at PacTen, Matt spearheaded development of a $130 million portfolio of new office, retail and industrial buildings, including the Gateway Pointe Business Park and Valencia Corporate Point.
Matt also served as in-house Owner Representative for Universal Studios Hollywood, where he managed capital improvements for retail, restaurant and infrastructure projects within the theme park. He started his career in project management at Peck/Jones Construction in Los Angeles, helping launch such high-profile projects as the $68 million Walt Disney Concert Hall Garage and the $40 million historic Chartwell Estate.
Active in community affairs, Matt has volunteered as Project Manager for complex renovations and ADA upgrades for Altadena Country Club, and chaired the construction committee for new classroom buildings at St. Mark’s School. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
