Senior Project Manager
Walter Wozniak, LEED AP is a Senior Project Manager for Stonemark Construction Management. A seasoned executive and team leader, Walt has more than 30 years experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction, specializing in luxury custom homes. He oversees the performance of multiple projects including managing workflow, retaining and supervising design and construction teams, and developing and monitoring budgets and schedules from preconstruction to successful completion. Other areas of expertise include construction documents review and assessment, contracts administration, dispute resolution, forensic accounting and green building technologies.
Seasoned expertise for luxury custom homes
Prior to joining Stonemark, Walt served as Principal of the PWI Group for 13 years where he managed a number of upscale new construction and renovation projects including completion of an $18 million Malibu Bluff estate and a $10 million Point Dume residence and renovation of an $8 million Manhattan Beach classic home. His portfolio also includes a multi-million-dollar Marina Del Rey condo conversion, commercial renovations for Santa Monica Production Studios and office, retail and wireless infrastructure projects.
Earlier in Walt’s career he held positions as Senior Consultant for Professional Construction Analysts, Director of Field Operations for Monotech, Inc and was Principal of WTW Construction. A LEED Accredited Professional, Walt has supervised the completion of sustainable construction projects throughout Southern California and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Los Angeles chapter.
A licensed General Contractor, Walt holds Certified Document Technologist (CDT) and Certified Construction Contacts Administrator (CCCA) certificates from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and California Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification. He graduated from California State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
