Our numerous residential projects include some of the most exquisite architectural estate homes in Montecito including a 13,000 SF classical estate in the Upper Village, a 15,000 SF Mediterranean family retreat directly on Butterfly Beach, both designed by Appleton Partners Architects and a 16,000 SF ultra-modern green estate built into its ridgetop site high in the Montecito foothills, designed by ShubinDonaldson Architects. Our portfolio includes projects designed by some of today’s most renowned architects including Harrison Design, Studio William Hefner, Kruger Benson Ziemer and Michael Maltzan Architecture. Our design partners include Victoria Hagan, Nicole Hollis and Steven Volpe Design.Commercial construction and development in Montecito requires a methodical approach to identification of permit requirements, costs and entitlement timelines, permitting and conditions compliance.
