This gracious home is located on Spring Island, a 3000 acre nature preserve and island residential community in the heart of South Carolina’s fabled Low Country. The 11,000 square foot waterfront estate incorporates a main house, carriage house, guest cottages and pool pavilion garden in a historically-influenced compound arrangement. Inspired by the many Greek Revival homes throughout the Low Country, this home is sited only a stone’s throw away from the tidal marshes of the Harbor River.
We were delighted when this previous client asked us to manage this second beautiful project for their family. For more information check out our Spring Island Estate project page.
