Trees Planted at Estate Home

For those of you who have been following along with Stonemark’s Montecito Classical Estate Project Journal on our blog, you are in for a treat this week as trees are planted around the property, giving us a glimpse into the ultimate look and feel of the home. A crane was carefully maneuvered into position in the Entry Court to hoist one of the specimen oak trees into position. Many other trees will be added around the property, adding to an already beautiful setting, making the house feel nestled in the woods.

The plastering crews started the exterior scratch coat, or first coat of stucco.  As workers continue with interior finishes, tile setters are working on slab marble and tile at showers, wainscot, and floors in bathrooms while plastering, painting and custom cabinetry work continue throughout the Main House.
