Stonemark managed the structural retrofit and renovation of this aging medical office building to a state-of-the-art treatment center. The project scope included preconstruction and construction phase services to create OSHPD 3 Clinics for UCLA Health in Santa Monica. The 7800 sf retrofit and tenant improvement included structural upgrades, new MEP systems, and complete interior renovation. The new facility layout features numerous procedure rooms, patient prep and recovery areas with required support rooms, reception/waiting areas and new finishes and layout of the entrance lobby. Parking levels P1 and P2 received new roll-up grilles at the entrances.
