Industrial Development

After a lengthy entitlement process the City of Menifee granted approval of a formal Development Agreement for this industrial project. The 48-acre development will encompass over 825,000 SF of industrial space to be built out in multiple buildings and phases. Stonemark is now managing preconstruction services for both on-site and off-site improvements. Construction will commence with on-site work of two concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 157,000 SF that will be built in two phases. Off-site infrastructure includes street improvements, storm drain, sewer and water systems and public utilities.
