Holy Name of Mary Multi-Purpose Building
Master planning services bring project within budget
This San Dimas Parish, originally constructed in the 1960s, had previously built a new Church as part of its master plan. However, due to budgetary constraints it was unable to complete a much-needed new multi-purpose building at the same time. Stonemark led a series of value engineering exercises that brought the project within budget without sacrificing the Parish’s program or the architect’s design intent, while achieving consensus within the client’s various user groups and hierarchy. Stonemark managed the Planning and Entitlement Phases of this project.
