Land Acquisition, Development & Construction for Retreat Center

Stonemark coordinated a multi-year development for this 90-acre retreat center in upstate New York that included land acquisition, feasibility studies, planning, environmental impact review, design and construction. Stonemark took the lead in incorporating environmental concerns in the planning stage of the project that included reduced water and energy and use of renewable materials. Championing a large team of planners, architects, engineers, land use professionals and contractors, Stonemark brought the first two phases of this project through completion of construction, which included site infrastructure, roads and utilities for 22,000 SF of buildings. Stonemark is currently performing work on the 3rd phase that will include Wellness Center program space, clustered meditation cabins and extensive site features and landscaping.
