West Hollywood has its own city government and corresponding departments. Knowing how to navigate through the Planning and Development Services Department, Building and Safety Division and Department of Public Works is essential to receive timely jurisdictional approvals. Our Work

Our HOA retained Stonemark Construction Management to assess, plan, specify and manage repairs to our roofing. Their experience became immediately apparent. When we received proposals from contractors in response to our Invitation to Bid, the bids were not favorable, jeopardizing our project. In order to secure proposals closer to budget, Stonemark had extensive discussions with the contractors. They provided several options on the scope of work, searched for alternative materials, analyzed savings ideas, and suggested flexible terms on warranty period and construction duration. Due to Stonemark’s additional efforts, we received two good proposals. In short, Stonemark thought “outside the box” on many issues in order to enable us to perform our project within our budget. Given Stonemark’s experience and knowledge and the tremendous value they added to our project, we would not hesitate to retain them again in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.
